Flexible position, work from home

No direction whatsoever. Takes days for someone to answer your questions. It's a pretty independent job but if you can't get passed learning what needs to be done because there isn't much direction, it's hard to get it done in a timely manner if at all. Was told I'd have up to 50 patients but there are never any patients for me to pick up.
