Pros

None worth mentioning at this company.

Cons

Extremely disappointing experience. Salaries were not paid on time and delays were a constant issue. Each time, excuses were given and payments were pushed back, sometimes weeks late. This happened repeatedly, not as a one-off.

Pros

nothing really. Sometimes you can work from home, that's the only pro i can see.

Cons

This company runs almost entirely on unpaid interns, using them as free labor instead of offering fair compensation or genuine learning opportunities. There’s no structure, no proper guidance, and definitely no appreciation for the effort people put in. They exploit students and fresh graduates under the promise of “experience,” but provide little to no real value in return. Highly unprofessional and unethical — I would not recommend anyone waste their time here.

Pros

Work-from-home facility... No any advantages.

Cons

There are many drawbacks in this company: 1. It offers the lowest salary in the IT industry. 2. All employees are interns. 3. Interns are not paid for the first three months. 4. From the fourth to the sixth month, interns receive only Rs. 10,000 as an allowance. 5. There are no senior members in any roles except for development. 6. New interns have to work alone without any guidance and must self-learn new things, except in development. 7. Despite the agreement stating that interns will receive an allowance from the fourth month, there are instances where allowances are not provided even upon request. 8. Many interns did not receive the agreed-upon allowances. 9. There is limited communication among workers, making it difficult to understand project requirements and work effectively. 10. The company lacks good senior staff. 11. There is no fixed salary after the internship period. 12. After completing the internship, interns are promoted to "trainees" with a salary ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000. This is the worst company I have ever seen.
