Small office where you get to know everyone. Ability to travel if you like to nationwide. Most co-workers will genuinely try to help you if they can.
Cons
Supervisors and managers do not support you. If you work remotely it is difficult to get a hold of someone that can assist, advise or answer you. Sometimes multiple phone calls and emails do not get answered.
