Pros
Very smart group of people. Everyone is kind - they are polite, friendly and hard working. As others have mentioned, it is a distributed team with folks all over the country. But weekly company meetings on Google Hangouts and join.me and Uber conferences make collaboration easy and productive. Everyone is very supportive of everyone else. We ask each other questions over email and anyone who has an answer, can offer some guidance or insight will chime in. Being a positive and supportive team member seems to come naturally to everyone who works at the company. The founders are sincerely "nice guys". They are very confident and capable and are building a truly remarkable consulting firm.
Cons
Depending on your location and ability to work on your own, it might be hard to feel connected if you are not in one of the corporate offices.
