      Excellent team, Fast growing, Approachable leadership team. I had very good personal experience working at Cisiv for 2 years. Immense learning opportunity. I was able to introduce changes which helped me to work efficiently and team. Management team listen to your suggestions.

      Supportive CEO, who allowed me to grow in my position.

      SLT did not have a Quality lead mindset. Staff often feared to stand up and challenge the stratus quo to improve process
