      Pros

      There is a roof over your head, so you won't be exposed to the elements while working. Ample Parking. The floors are carpeted. They have plumbing and bathrooms on every floor. Coffee! You'll be reminded on a regular basis just how lucky you are to have a job.

      Cons

      The story begins and ends with the CEO. Every review on this site that gives a positive mark for the CEO is HR propaganda that the CEO demands. Heartless, inhumane and utterly incapable of relating to people. Former CIO who's only comfort is found staring at a computer screen. Has no business attempting to lead people. Trust me...TRUST ME...you do not want to work here. At least not until the get rid of the crazy man in the corner.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Pros

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
