      Pros

      Good for people who is fresh graduate who seek working experienced.

      Cons

      Micro management. High position in Operations always new faces who have no idea what they are doing. They remain old employees at the same place and hiring outsider in to control you. Old employees have no room to grow. if you done your work fast, they will pressure you to do more instead of let you rest.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
