I just started with Citadel, and I have to say that the company is amazing. I was warmly embraced by the team, and the working environment is excellent. Although it maintains a formal culture, you don't feel pressure or overwhelmed. I feel happy and valued at Citadel!!! My team rocks and leadership as well.

They don't use MAC computers, and if you are not good with PC's/Windows it could take a little while to adapt.

Good compensation — they pay fairly and on time.

Poor management and outdated culture. The company is extremely conservative and stuck in the past. Leadership micromanages every detail and treats employees like children. It’s almost comical — even if you need to step out briefly to buy medicine, you’re required to announce it in a group chat. The overall environment lacks trust, autonomy, and modern workplace values. Lastly, there’s no real work-life balance — it often feels like you’re a robot working for other robots.
