Pros
Easy job and very easy residents to care for.
Cons
Very low pay, bad/lazy coworkers, no supervisory support, coworkers are unqualified to do the job. Residents are not well taken care of. Staff do not care about residents. The management expects staff members to make miracles happen with little pay. For my position, I was told I needed a master's of arts in counseling psychology or master's in social work or a master's in psychology to be in the role of Social Services Director. I actually have a master's in counseling psychology and am an LCPC and was told that I could only make 50k annualized. The management wants staff to be on call 24/7 and pay them scraps..
