– Many supervisors and managers were extremely rude, unprofessional, and at times even discriminatory.
– Management was disorganized. Shifts changed last minute, and communication was poor.
– We were often made to stand outside in the sun for hours without shade or proper breaks.
– There was no clean or proper space to eat meals sometimes we had to eat while standing.
– Some staff treated us like we were less than human, shouting orders and showing no basic respect.
– The working environment inside the stands was also tough. Some coworkers were lazy and uncooperative.
– There was little to no training. I was expected to learn everything on my own from day one.
