The lack of full time remote work options is disappointing. Especially if your team is located globally. it's difficult to hold peers accountable. Compensation is only good if you have a manger that fights for you. Performance rating is a popularity game, It is NOT based on actual employee performance as senior leadership tells management that they aren't allowed to rate some employees as they see fit.
