Pros

- Join this company but never go to a project.90% time, they will not be able to find a project matching your skills. If you get a project in client location the pressure is double and the appreciation is halved.

Cons

-If you are sent to client location, then Congratulations!! You will be having more work, no visibility and do not expect hikes as ur managers and HRs will not even know about ur work. Ppl working in Mumbai location get better hikes even when the ppl in Bangalore are mostly seated in Client location -There is no proper grievance redressal system -HRs are worst ever people manager in this company. I have worked in big and small firms but never have such bad experience. -Ppl working in Client location who are actually the face of CitiusTech are treated as nobody when they have concerns. -Ppl on bench get same hike as ppl who were in projects and we're 100% billable throughout the year.
