Pros

1. Most project have latest technology stack and exposure to current trending technology landscape. Organization is well focused for capturing growth opportunities in newer tech domains. 2. Training function is very strong with wholehearted support provided for internal trainings; external training courses procurement based on project needs with lightening pace. 3. Compensation levels can be a mixed bag in short term but over a medium term you will be aligned with industry benchmark. Having spent 13+ years in CT I can definitely vouch for that. 4. Rewards and recongitions, celebration of various events are regularly planned by HR to keep the employee morale and boost work environment. 5. Never faced or experienced office politics, favoritism or any social/gender biases at any stage. 6. Leadership and HR are always approachable for genuine concerns.

Cons

1. Few projects have work life balance issues owing to undue client expectations and poor sales strategy/overcommitment. 2. Staffing function can improve to better align resource allocation as per employee skills to avoid misfit allocations leading rejections.
