Expect to manage multiple, high priority projects simultaneously and independently. At times it can be challenging to establish clear role expectations.

No matter how stressful your day is, you understand what you're doing is for the greater good. Everyone is in it together, and wants to make sure you succeed, because when you do, the whole org does. When work life/ home life start to mix, it's hard to be upset because you are working toward a greater good. The work space is beautiful and huge and located very close to transit.

Some people are a little sectioned off from what's going on. The atmosphere is quiet and not super friendly all of the time.
