Nice people, can be relaxed

Very rural and sometimes customers can be completely crazy

Great pay, government benefits, and amicable co-workers

Unreliable, poor work-life balance, untrustworthy, understaffed, shoddy management, high-expectations. Employees are expected and encouraged to take on roles outside of their outlined scope and work longer hours due to lack of staffing. Management convinced me not to take a job elsewhere, to move away, and put down a year's lease only for them to tell me I should resign before my first 30 days.
