The units and coworkers are great and I loved my team so much. I was able to take initiative and create things with my supervisors supporting me and helping me grow.

I worked here during Sheriff Prendergast's terms. It was very political and hard to change anything. Things were slow to be approved and a lot of the time, command did not want to make changes to improve.

Most of the time you're left to do your job without anyone micromanaging you.

During election years any minor offense can get you fired even if it's not a violation of policy.
