Pros
Job requirements are very clear, management is pretty approachable (but you won't get anywhere with them), and it's overall a friendly place. It's a great place to work if you need flexibility, i.e if you're a student, have little kids, or need a transitional job.
Cons
The cons definitely outweigh the pros. You are heavily micromanaged (some departments are worse than others) and management is constantly hired within, so management has no idea what they're doing and it's painfully obvious. Pay is the minimum award, even though they tell you 'it's above award wage,' that is not true. They have no loyalty whatsoever, plus they have their 'favourites' and if you're not a favourite than good luck! Work is very seasonal, so around busy periods you'll be expected to work 10hr days, 5 days a week and then some months you'll be lucky to get a day of work.
