      Disconnected senior management, Unable to see the issues from the staff perspective & make much needed improvements. Bad behaviours from senior leadership allowed to slide.

      Long hours, you work 7:30 to 5:30 but get paid salary so it work out less than min wage You work Saturdays Management is shocking depending on branch rarely get your lunch brake
