They are a very understanding company to work for. As long as your a good worker they will do what they can to help you with probably anything.

Sometimes communication is an issue

Nice facility and decent equipment

Bait and switch. You are told you work for a family and they care about you. That lasts a few weeks. It seems like if you make one mistake they just say fire you. Management is a good ol boys club and always blames someone else than themselves. Nothing is ever good enough. You can do 99% perfect and they will yell at you for the 1% that isn't. You will be asked to do more and more and get less and less support. Mismanaged and messy. No employee appreciation. Always overworked, overstressed and very underappreciated.
