Pros
NONE. I would have said the employees but they’re all leaving.
Cons
Where do I begin. 1. No salary increases or reviews unless you’re a manager. 2. It’s normal for the CEO to barge into the office yelling to staff. 3. Several complaints about a certain member of staff are ignored, meaning there is a BULLY still working there who has caused great members of staff to leave because of her actions. 4. Very long hours with the expectation of over time as they give you too much work to do. 5. Firing staff to ‘cut costs’ whilst the CEO and managers are getting extremely high salaries. 6. Toxic environment where previous staff are blamed for things. 7. Unhappy employees, everywhere. 8. The trustpilot score is high because we’re forced to bribe clients to delete them by offering them money!!! 9. Roles unofficially changing as we’re expected to take on loads more work, but without a glimpse of a salary review. 10. Firing London based staff and replacing them with remote workers (low pay) from South Africa and the Philippines who have absolutely no idea about London or the London market, so the office based staff are expected to pick up their slack. Overall it’s an absolute joke. The managers are revelling in their high salaries whilst the rest of us are struggling. Firing decent staff members so you can hire remote workers for 10p an hour is shameful. There are guest complaints every single day so even our properties aren’t up to standard.
