Pros
The only pro was that the company is interational.
Cons
My experience at the company started with enthusiasm, but the onboarding and internal communication processes made it difficult to integrate effectively. There was no structured introduction to workflows, expectations, or responsibilities, and most assignments came with minimal context. As a result, it was challenging to understand standards or align my work with the team’s internal style.
Feedback was rarely given during or after tasks, so I often had no way of knowing if my work met expectations until much later. Many responsibilities lacked clear ownership, different people worked on overlapping tasks, and processes shifted without explanation. The overall environment felt toxic, unorganized, with frequent micromanagement at the top but very limited guidance for new team members.
The work culture has talented people, but they are often overwhelmed, and roles and priorities are not well-defined. Collaboration could be much stronger if the management invested in better onboarding, clearer communication, and more consistent leadership support. I believe with changes in structure and management practices, the team could work far more efficiently and new employees could contribute with much more clarity and confidence.
