Pros
Good money, fun coworkers, the Fountain room is run by the top servers/bartenders.
Cons
The GM is inexperienced and is frustratingly indifferent to inspire, lead, or improve the service skills of her employees at a fine dining restaurant. She also seems to only care about making herself look impressive to the owners. For example, she tries to take over the cocktail menu and ends up making cocktail flavors that are incompatible, and asks the bartenders to fix them for her.
The other two salaried managers simply don't do anything other than guard the host stand. All the managers seem too eager to talk about how incompetent the owners are and are less eager to give an effort to improve the skills and the morale of the employees. To wit: it is a debilitating failure in leadership which will continue to cost the company money.
