Great people, but too much management turnover - Anonymous Claritas Genomics Employee Review

Great people wit a great vision for helping children.

They have a great idea of what they want to do but have struggled to implement a structured plan of how to get there.

The executives have frequent all staff meetings to keep everyone updated on the status of projects and company manners. They also cleary explain everything so all employees understand the projects and science. They even invite speakers which is nice. There is a casual and fun atmosphere in the building that they kept from their days as part of Boston Children's Hospital. Great benefits package provided.

Certain managers lack experience and do not guide their teams. Salary range still reflects history as a research laboratory where salaries are lower but benefits are good. There is no room to move up and they will hire someone rather than promote existing employees. There are no clear tiers for non-management positions.
