Pros
Great environment to work in. All of the employees are easy to talk to, and will help with anything you need. PTO is average, 401k is average, pay is above average.
Cons
Nobody really checks up on you unless you tell them you're unhappy or things are slow. It would be nice to have a brief talk with your lead every couple months about how you feel in your position/contract.
