Pros
- Supportive of work/life balance - Impactful work, helping job seekers gain employment at top-tier clients - Ownership of work, but plenty of guidance from management along the way - Incredible culture, such a tight knit community that definitely believes in a “work hard, play hard” work style and produces a general familial feel around the office - Weekly all hands meetings to stay in the know on all business developments across teams - Strong company values where management practices what they preach, is incredibly supportive, open to tough conversations, and accessible to everyone - Open, caring, and accepting environment for LGBTQI+ folks
Cons
- Can be a high stress at times due to volume vs. being a boutique shop, but nothing good time management and having trust in the team can’t fix - Bullpen office space, so can become hard to concentrate without your own space - Must be open to sales if looking for job growth/mobility, luckily it’s a great training ground for someone who has never been in sales before
