Pros
Cool building, nice coworkers, accessible management, good employee engagement efforts, flexible work schedule depending on your dept and manager. Compensation seems to be on the higher side for most, even for those that don't seem to do much. Benefits are on par with most other small companies.
Cons
Don't really follow standard business practices. Allowing one or two large clients to make up the majority of revenue is not smart for obvious reasons. Decisions and releases are rushed and not fully thought out. You could spend months on a project and then be told the company is changing course and the whole project is scrapped. Waste of time and money. Located in Madison which is a nice town but not near anything - very long commute for most employees and makes it hard to attract high performing talent.
