Everything about Clark Capital from the way they do business to the way they treat workers is an extension of this philosophy. This is the absolute best company and family I have ever worked for. The communication is constant, you never wonder what is going on you and everyone else already knows. The benefit package is excellent the salary is excellent. And they just gave us unlimited PTO. I can sum up my experience with Clark Capital as they are not demanding, they are understanding. They care about me as a person more than they care about what I can do for them.
