      Pros

      Good, nice people (except the partners) work here. Excellent support staff work. Free bagels every Monday.

      Cons

      Plenty. Low pay and business model that preys on broke Ph.Ds and postdocs with grinding work conditions. Insane legal staff turnover. Limited feedback and professional development beyond just patent law. Nepotism among legal staff.

      Great management / leadership team, regular reviews, yearly bonus, health insurance, safe harbor contribution, monthly company outings, reimbursement of travel related expenses, the list goes on.

      Extremely fast paced, This type of environment isn't for everyone.
