Smaller sized company, but continually growing

The only positive I can think of, you don't need to work very hard to stand out.

Management is tenured, lazy, old ideas and waiting for a retirement package. They cover for each others back, lack of ideas and mistakes, a total clown show. Customers are few, design engineers are leaving faster then they can hire and their new technology is 8-10 years behind everyone else. I have no idea how they remain profitable. Managers with over 25 years have little experience with sales plans or managing more than 2 people, many kill most new ideas or take credit for others work.. Carrier thinks they're number 3 in the HVAC market but not even close.
