Pros
Leadership practices what they preach and even as they've grown, they remain a flat organization. They truly care about each individual steward and there is a huge support system to empower you to build your own career journey. The people are not only talented at their job, but fun to spend time with outside of work. Couldn't ask for a better place to work.
Cons
As with any consulting career, the travel grind is tough and will wear you down. In my experience Clarkston truly cares about work-life balance and finds ways to support each steward.
