Pros
Good pay and health benefits.
Cons
They do not tell you that you will not be working immediately. You are hired and then they find a client for you to work at. They make you take some ridiculous training for their so called specialty areas of retail, etc. And some of that training will be onsite at one of their locations for a few days. There is also travel for 2 yearly company meetings. And during a pre company meeting Zoom call they will literally threaten the new hires that they will be watched to make sure they are being social with everyone. There is no criteria for what they consider being social enough and it is ridiculous to put their employees under such pressure. The team leads are also being asked to be onsite for projects. This will most likely lead to all employees having to be onsite for projects. I think this is where things are heading so do not expect the work to be remote for long.
