Competitive pay. Best pay I've received int he auction industry. Independent work environment. This is a great place to offer and implement ideas and they give you to space and flexibility to execute. No micro managing. Everyone is very nice and very knowledgable.

The inventory/auction system is antiquated and crashes often. I did hear they were looking into updating it in the near future. There can always be more space for inventory - this is a common issue or con in the auction industry.
