Everything is bad. Everyday we need to go office. NO approved leave allowed..CL SL is 0.5 only per month

Honestly, none. The initial WFH setup seemed convenient, but it quickly turned into a nightmare.

They hire for work-from-home roles only to later force employees to resign under pressure. Zero transparency or accountability in management. After you leave, they go one step further by providing false and negative feedback during background verification with other companies. This vindictive and unprofessional behavior has cost me multiple job opportunities and severely affected my career. HR is unresponsive and fails to support employees during or after exit.
