Pros

FBR Monroeville has a great team of clinicians and staff that focus on collaboration and support in meeting unique individual's needs and their families. The staff work very hard, many hours of their own time, because they are very passionate about what they do and care for the well-being of the individuals they provide services to.

Cons

Full-time Clinicians are given too many cases to manage, often working 7 days a week and many hours of their own time. The "paperwork" never ends. It's alot for 1 clinician to balance 14 cases and give 100% towards treatment. They are responsible for writing treatment plans, crisis plans, emergency plans, data collection tools & collecting data, programming for each individual cases, implementating interventions, daily clinical documentation, Clinical summaries of Progress, ect. There's a high turnover rate, causing more workload put on to the clinician that still work there. Giving too many cases to 1 clinician causes increased stress and burnout--always working to meet expectations. As a clinician, it feels like you're always being pressured to meet productivity, resulting in less time for quality.

Pros

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
