      Pros

      Lots of flexibility in what your day-to-day responsibilities look like; very few prerequisites required in order to dive into gaining care work experience; great opportunities to support vulnerable populations and work directly with clients.

      Cons

      Often felt like administrative decisions were made with profit in mind as opposed to quality of life for the clients.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
