Pros
The consumers are wonderful to work with, and you get free range to plan your outings with them. The job is laid back and no one is hovering over you. The benefits are AMAZING and almost make up for poor pay. Overtime is available.
Cons
Suspicion of theft from consumers, takes forever to get anything done for them, a lot of employees are obviously aggravated and just here for money. Definite favoritism among staff.
