      Very friendly enviroment. Nice people.

      Cons

      pay is disgraceful. Unacceptable. That is why many people don't want to work for Pathways. I love my job. But, the pay is the worst.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
