Pros

co workers are generally great schedule is ok

Cons

The pay is WAY low for the amount of work that the employees are expected to do and for the level of education that is required. Management consists of arrogant queen bees that have no people skills and absolutely no clue of what's going on. The clients should come first, but all this company cares about is money, very much to the clients and employees disadvantage. Employees are pushed to work extra hours with the promise of extra pay, but then there are a million excuses as to why there is no extra pay in the end. The school counselors have the option to work during the summer, but are threatened to lose their job if they don't work. Pay during summer is just slightly above minimum wage (and this is for a master's level and in many cases licensed counselor) The company is losing clients and employees left and right, due to the fact that competitors provide better service and care. This company is not going to last much longer! Employees are not appreciated and treated like dirt. Management is unprofessional and looks down in a very degrading manner on anyone below their level

Pros

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
