Pros
This company allows for flexibility and to work from the comfort of your home. The company does encourage education and to continue to further your education. Mileage is HUGE! The company also contributes to a portion of your phone bill. Supportive and friendly work environment but as with most social work the turnover rate is high.
Cons
The health benefits are not competitive, bonuses are sparing and raises come on an annual basis with a tiny tiny percentage. There is little to no incentive for growth or opportunity for moving up within.
