Pros
I am able to make my own schedule with my clients. The staff at FPS care for their employees and for the clients we serve. We get paid Holidays, paid vacation and paid sick leave. get to build relationships within the community. My co-workers in The Cedar Bluff Office are more than just co-workers, they are my work family and there when needed.
Cons
We need a cost of living raise due to inflation increasing, cost of gas prices and expenses. Pay raises should be offered Due to having 5 Associate Degree , A Bachelors Degree and 25 plus years of experience in the Mental health Field with Adults and Children
