      Really flexible schedule, get to work in the community serving the community, constant training on how to improve methods of working with consumers

      Cons

      Often take work home, can be high stressed having to work with consumers who are not sommited to engaging services, use of own vehicle.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
