Pros
Much better work life balance than other companies in child welfare in the area. Laid back atmosphere. Coworkers are friendly overall. Fairly nice office space. Smaller office (as far as size of programs) is a positive in many ways such as a closer feel with coworkers and management.
Cons
For profit company (as opposed to most in this field being nonprofit), so years worked do not count for PSLF (public service loan forgiveness) federal student loan forgiveness program. Small size of programs is negative in that there are fewer resources and supports for clients provided directly by our agency.
