Pros
The pay is good, working with the population is good but definitely not for everyone. You can be compensated for your drive
Cons
Client can cancel on you even if you've already driven there, you still have to work in a household where everyone is sick, you only get 2 unexcused absences and after that you have to get a doctors note. Not all supervisors are like this but mine personally didn't care about issues I brought up to her and chose to ignore me
