      diverse staff. Get to work with clients one on one and with care team. Pathways has a lot of great services to offer clients.

      Cons

      sometimes have to drive to parts of orange county that are far to see some clients.

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
