TSS - Tss Clarvida Employee Review

When the higher ups came to speak at our office they made a lot of promises and kept none. When you asked them questions they really were not prepared to answer. They always ran late for the phone conferences and then very disorganized when they finally did get on the phone. They forgot to mute their conversations and they had said they wanted to mute all callers so they didn't have to hear from any employee. Really all the calls were to let everyone know they would be getting richer and while there was no raises or anything for the TSS's.
