      Pros

      Working with students who need help getting into college is a very rewarding job.

      Cons

      Not enough training on how to actually do college planning. Lots of sales training but not enough on what to do once clients decide to sign up. Also, it's easy to work yourself to death.

      Pros

      Working 1:1 with high school students who have their entire lives ahead of them is very rewarding!

      Cons

      Working with high school students 1:1 means that you typically have to be in the office after school and weekend hours. The good thing about this is you still set your own schedule so it's not as bad as it sounds.

      Great market for this service. Wonderful & dedicated employees.

      Cons

      Inept impulsive owner. Loves chaos, drama, playing favorites, creating separation . Meetings that go into the night to talk about herself & brag. Losing best people for the next new idea that floats along. Puts personal friends in charge of much more qualified employees.
