Pros
The only good thing about this company was that it had a great 401k plan.
Cons
The culture at ClassOne is oppressive and the owners/leaders are dysfunctional and erratic. Unrealistic expectations are the norm and many employees work in either fear or resentment. The owners have little to no idea what it is like to "work" for anyone. The brothers argue constantly and contradict each other every chance they have...but not before trying to put employees in the middle of their personal arguments. They have little regard for their employees and have no concept of loyalty. Employees are expected to make work their one and only priority in life, but the owners have zero appreciation. Employees are "expendable", and the owners treat staff as if they are simply capital resources. Public and frequent berating is common. Leadership often thinks that throwing a little extra money or material goods make-up for the damage they do. That does not mean that they offer competitive compensation, but rather that they are quick to give employees a little raise, bonus or ridiculous restaurant gift cards as an "I'm sorry"...but they will be sure that you never forgot that they have done so. Integrity as well as basic morals and ethics are highly lacking.
