      It's a job that helps to feed my family and has taught me how to be versatile and learn multiple job roles

      There is zero leadership accountability There is a overworking of good employees Pay isn't fair for location or the responsibility that you have It's impossible to get upper management to support you with proper training and direction to help you learn to work smarter not harder in your role Constant stress and angry customers
