Pros
A handful of decent coworkers trying to get by.
You’ll quickly learn what kind of environment not to work in again.
Cons
Underqualified people are routinely put into management roles, which creates complete chaos and confusion day-to-day.
Associates spend more time gossiping about each other and former employees who have moved on than focusing on actual work. It’s so bizarre.
The culture is immature, cliquish, and highly unprofessional.
High turnover and lack of accountability leave everyone stretched thin with no real support.
Feedback is ignored, because it’s given to associates who are under qualified, and I have no real ability to understand a because it’s given to “leaders” who, again, are unqualified and have no real ability to understand a problem and come up with a solution, or collaborate on one. They would rather blame people who don’t even work at the company. It’s like the twilight zone.
There’s no real path for growth or stability.
