Beautiful setting in rural Dorset. They do consider hiring internally first so if you are the right person for a role, you can gain experience in different areas. Many staff have worked here for years.

Staff not always acknowledged in an appreciative way. Communications between departments can be frustrating and outcomes conflicting. Salaries are okay but there are no financial rewards in any of the roles e.g. bonuses etc which I suppose may be challenging in these times in the private education sector.

There is a wonderful family atmosphere at the school. I was made to feel very welcome and have been supported by my friendly and helpful colleagues.

We seem to write lots of reports but I guess this is what parents want to see.
